England's Women's World Cup TV channels confirmed as BBC and ITV select matches

Two of England's Women's World Cup group games are going to be shown on ITV, it has been revealed.

ITV will show England's opening game against Haiti on July 22 and their third group game against China on August 1.

The BBC will take the second group stage match against Denmark, as well as their potential group of 16 match.

It was only when the World Cup was 36 days away that a TV deal was struck to show the games.
