Enforcement action being taken over two Stirling city takeaways

Formal enforcement action is being sought over two Stirling takeaways which have been operating without planning permission.

The Borestone Crescent takeaways’ upstairs neighbours, Don Ritchie and Carole Ann Marshall – who have lived in their flat since the 1990s – had complained that their lives had been turned upside down following the conversion of the Falcon Bar into Black Rooster Peri Peri and ChurrosNChill.

The couple’s concerns include the noise from a large flue, cooking smells and rowdy behaviour from customers at a rear dining area following the installation of seats and tables underneath their terrace.
