A slew of colourful dirt bikes have been seized and eight men arrested after a T-shirt giveaway turned into a riot.
Police were called to a park in Newcastle on June 14, where nearly 200 people had gathered with about 40 riding up and down streets in a chaotic scene filled with smoke and burnouts.
Riot police used pepper spray and a helicopter was deployed to disperse the crowd.
The riot broke out after they gathered for an event promoted by a clothing brand on social media.
Streets were closed nearby and traffic redirected due to safety concerns.
Police raided four residences on Tuesday and confiscated 18 motorbikes, along with helmets, clothing and electronics.
Superintendent Kylie Endemi described the melee as "serious and dangerous behaviour."
"From day one, we made a promise to the community ... where we can, we will bring further offenders to justice," she told reporters on Wednesday.
"Their behaviour was dangerous and it placed the public's safety at risk."
Four men - aged 18, 19, and two aged 21 - were arrested and taken to a police station.
Their arrest comes after another four men were charged in June and remain before the courts.
The latest group of men were charged with a string of offences each including rioting, using violence to cause fear, driving recklessly and driving without a proper licence.
The 18-year-old and one 21-year-old were granted strict conditional bail to appear before court on July 23 and July 30, respectively.
The 19-year-old and the other 21-year-old were both refused bail on Wednesday.
