Emporia Police confirmed on Sunday that a deceased female located in a wooded area south of West 4th Avenue was Rauber, who had been missing since late Friday night. Authorities said preliminary findings suggest she may have succumbed to hypothermia during a snowstorm that intensified the following day, though the investigation remains active.
