Twelve years after his wish came through when he played with Padraig Harrington as a 14-year-old at the Irish Open, Peter McEnery will do it again at Mount Juliet in June.
The reunion comes about as a consequence of the announcement that Make-A-Wish Ireland will be the Official Charity of the Horizon Irish Open for the next six years.
The tournament’s title sponsor Horizon Therapeutics is committing to long-term support of the charity which brings hope, strength and happiness to children with life-threatening conditions through granting their wishes.
