Emmerdale viewers have predicted things will go wrong after Chloe made a big decision about Mackenzie.
The pair weren't short of drama as he recently tried to keep his affair and her pregnancy a secret from his future wife Charity.
His sneakiness didn't last as his secret family was discovered when their newborn was taken to the hospital last month.
Charity unsurprisingly split up with Mackenzie and he went on to co-parent his child with Chloe.
They were trying to work out their relationship but it was short-lived when he became a suspect in the case of who caused Caleb's injuries.
On Friday, he asked Chloe to get shared custody of their child.
"I had done nothing with my life, nothing that mattered, until Reuben, so if it was ok I would like to get shared custody," he said.
"Obviously it would be much better if you were here too."
He told her he "missed" and wanted them to work as a couple.
"Look, I know that we've not had the most conventional of starts, but as it turns out, you're an incredible mother, you're even more sarcastic than I am and that's great, plus you're insanely hot," Mackenzie added.
"I hope that's reciprocated in some way. But if you don't want me to take the house I won't, if you want me to go somewhere else..."
She asked Mackenzie where he would go and he responded that he'll go 'anywhere' as long as "you came with me".
However, fans weren't convinced that the duo's relationship will be all sunshine and rainbows as they took to Twitter to discuss the programme.
One unimpressed user posted: "Chloe the bunny boiler, face it Mack really wants Charity."
"I bet that kid isn't Mack's and he'll drop Chloe like a hot potato.(She'll turn out to be a bunny boiler)," another said.
"We all know Chloe is a bunny boiler," one said while another added: "Chloe is such a miserable character, whats the point ?"
A bunny boiler is described as a woman who acts vengefully after having been spurned by her lover.
