Emmerdale viewers baffled by Kyle’s ‘strange’ tribute to Al after pregnancy twist

Emmerdale viewers were left baffled after Kyle dropped stones as he visited the barn where he shot Al Chapman.

When Kyle's behaviour began to spiral at school, a panicked Amy and Moira decided to run away to Belfast to protect him in the episode aired on Wednesday night on ITV1, which originally was shown online earlier in the week.

However Matty recently found out Kyle’s secret and blackmailed Moira and Amy to return to the village. During tonight’s episode of the ITV soap the pair alongside Kyle returned home despite wanting to stay in Belfast.

Amy decided to pay her sister Chloe a visit and insisted she back off with trying to find out who Al's secret lover was, after Chloe had wrongly believed it to be Moira.

Worried that Chloe poking around could lead to her finding out the truth BOUT Al’s murder Chloe told her that it was perhaps best she left the village since mum Kerry was no longer there.

Speaking to her in their house, Amy said: "There's nothing here for you, maybe it's best if you just...go." In an attempt to convince Amy to let her stay she decided to reveal her pregnancy secret to Amy however remained tight lipped about who the father was.

When Amy asked about the dad, Chloe replied: "He's not part of it, I'm doing it on my own...and now I have to find a new place to live. I really love it here Amy, this is the first place I've felt safe since my mum and sister died."

Amy was left with no choice but to let her sister stay and said maybe the pair could get to know each other more. She wasted no time in sharing the private news with Mack, Moira and Matty when she returned.

Mack’s face dropped when Amy said: "Did you know she's pregnant?" Matty replied that he had heard rumours and asked: "Does she know who the dad is?"

Amy replied: "Just some one night stand she doesn't want anything to do with." Mack looked worried as he feared Chloe would reveal the truth that he is the dad following their one night stand.

Meanwhile while wrapped up in Chloe's baby drama they didn’t realise that Kyle had wandered over to the barn, where he killed Al.

However he left viewers baffled as he carefully removed stones from his coat pocket and laid them on the ground.
