Emmerdale appears to have revealed another new character has joined in with Caleb Miligan and son Nicky Miligan's revenge against Kim Tate.
Caleb confirmed a mystery character fans are yet to meet, who appears to be his solicitor, could be about to target Kim without her even knowing.
The solicitor, or someone that works for the firm, was seemingly revealed to be in on the plan to steal Kim's fortune including her hidden money - while it's not even known for sure if Caleb is lying about their identity.
Viewers know that father and son Caleb and Nicky are out to get everything Kim owns, wanting to leave her with nothing.
Caleb is the secret son of her ex-husband Frank Tate, and Caleb believes he is the rightful heir to Home Farm and Kim's fortune.
Kim stole money from Frank after his death and hid assets, while Frank was also the original owner of Home Farm when he lived there with Kim and his children Chris and Zoe.
It was recently confirmed that Faith Dingle's long-lost son Caleb was Frank's child, and now he and Nicky want to take down Kim and take away her fortune.
Their plan continued to work it seems on Tuesday night, as Caleb worked on making Kim paranoid enough to do as he said with her money.
After convincing her to invest in a new business venture with him, Kim was left worried when she learned a mystery heir was after Frank's inheritance in a recent episode.
On Monday, she hared this news with Caleb unaware he is the mystery heir.
While Caleb pretended to be concerned about going into business with someone who could lose their money and was actively hiding it, she made a decision.
Kim told Caleb that she could move some of her money into their stud farm business - with Caleb urging her to put an offer in on the project sooner rather than later.
While he said she should focus on the letter and the legal issues possibly arising from the heir's claim, she panicked she was about to lose Caleb as a business partner, risking their new money making deal.
Instead she told him that she could transfer him the money they needed to sign the deal, and he could put it in his name so no one could take the money.
On Tuesday night, Kim's partner Will Taylor shared his concerns as she and Caleb pushed ahead with the deal and made an offer - seemingly revealing Kim has transferred the money or is about to.
Knowing he had got her won over, Caleb then took another risk by trying to convince her to move solicitors and go through his firm instead.
As he questioned her solicitor for not seeing the legal threat that the heir might cause, Caleb suggested it needed to be taken more seriously and that there was a better way to protect her money and assets.
He gave a very convincing argument as to why she should talk to his firm and get represented by them instead - and after she thought about it, she began making calls.
She was later talking to Gabby Thomas, the mother of her grandson Thomas, and she shared the news and how she was setting out to save their money from being taken.
Like Will, Gabby was confused at the sudden need to take action, but Kim told her that on the advice of the new firm she may have to make some changes and put her money elsewhere.
Of course this was all part of Caleb's plan to get his hands on Kim's money, while Nicky continues his romance with Gabby in a bid to get her financial assets.
Caleb was heard telling son Nicky that Kim may have been swayed to join the firm his solicitor works for, and that this would mean they had another card to play.
He explained that his solicitor or at Kim's new solicitor would be able to help him, targeting Kim to get everything she had.
Caleb revealed with the help of the insider at the firm, there was another person helping him and getting him closer to Kim's fortune, with the plan to leave her with nothing. But will Kim really go along with Caleb's advice?
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
