Emmerdale has dropped an eerie trailer, revealing the moment serial killer Meena Jutla returns to the village next week on the ITV soap.
Her reign of terror will continue as she seeks her dark revenge against former lover Billy Fletcher and his new wife Dawn Taylor.
Following her killing Leanna Cavanagh, Andrea Tate, Nadine and Ben Tucker, and trying to kill Billy, Vinny Dingle, Victoria Sugden and Manpreet Sharma, the village has been on edge ever since she escaped last month.
She isn't quite finished though, and as residents are enjoying Dawn and Billy's wedding celebrations, disaster is unfolding elsewhere.
Next week, Billy and Dawn will finally wed in a romantic ceremony in the church and - for once - everything seems to go off without a hitch.
But as their families party at Home Farm, little do they know that Meena has managed to kidnap the happy couple and turn their big day into a nightmare.
As Meena has Billy and Dawn trapped at a remote viaduct, she taunts them with a gun and teases Billy with a 'game'.
The big twist has now been teased in a chilling trailer, ahead of scenes airing next week.
Viewers see the moment Meena returns to the village and sets her plan in motion, as Dawn and Billy say their vows.
Just as Dawn shares her happiness over her big day, disaster strikes when Meena shows up with a gun.
Meena is up to her usual tricks, dancing around and celebrating the revenge she has planned.
Billy and Dawn are seen looking ahead in horror during one moment, as Meena looks pleased with herself over something.
In another brief clip, the pair appear to be stood on the viaduct, no doubt fighting for their lives.
It's not yet confirmed what happens or if anyone dies in the huge scenes - with Meena's judgement day set to be on the cards at some point too.
"I think it's fair to say that judgement day for Meena is coming. But whether she'll get away with murder you're going to have to wait and find out," executive producer Jane Hudson teased to The Mirror and other press.
"There are still some more twists and turns to be had in this story. Some that you probably won't see coming but I think we can all agree that Meena can pretty much do anything."
She added: "But yes, Meena's judgement day is coming. It won't play out quite as you expect, there will be a lasting effect on a lot of the villagers but I think within the next few months, Meena will get what's coming with her."
