Emmerdale star Liam Fox is loving branching out from the soap teaming up with a co-star for a new TV show.
Liam Fox, who plays Dan Spencer in Emmerdale, has paired up with Dean Andrews for Channel 5 series Our Great Yorkshire Life. It has seen the pair take on a number of tasks across the region.
The Emmerdale star has spoken to the Express about the experience and how much he enjoyed spreading his wings temporarily away from the ITV soap. Having enjoyed the experience, Liam said: "I'd love to do more presenting, more stuff with Dean (Andrews) and more stuff on my own.

"I love Emmerdale to bits and I am certainly happy at Emmerdale until the end of time, but it’s nice doing other stuff as it keeps the old grey matter going. I've actually got a podcast about ghosts and UFOs as well. So I'm used to being a bit daft."
Liam, who has been in Emmerdale as Dan Spencer since 2011, has known Dean Andrews for many years and felt very at home teaming up with him. Liam said: “It’s easy to sit and talk with Dean. I like the fact that he’s very blunt, he’s a proper Yorkshireman, he says it how it is that’s for sure.
"We are both actors but he’s just a bloke and we want to have some fun."
We'll keep you posted on Liam's upcoming projects away from Emmerdale.
