Isabel has been familiar to millions of Emmerdale fans as Victoria Sugden - née Barton since 2006, the actor was just 13 when she joined the ITV soap, she has effectively grown up before our eyes and enjoyed lots of juicy storylines across the years.
But the drama her onscreen persona Victoria has endured over the years is moderately tame in comparison to Isabel's real life off air with steamy co-star romance to cheating allegations and a complicated "love triangle."
The 28-year-old soap star's love life has been far from plain sailing both on and off screen as in the show as she was married to one Barton brother on-screen while dating another one away from the cameras.
Romance bloomed between Isabel and her former Emmerdale co-star Michael Parr, who played Ross Barton in the Dales. They dated for four years before eventually making the decision to split in 2019.
Things first went public between the loved-up pair in 2015, when they shared a sweet snap of themselves on a holiday abroad, with Michael flashing a cheeky triangle of chest in a navy blue Hawaiian shirt.
However, with Michael’s move to the US to pursue an acting career away from Soapland, the pair reportedly ‘drifted apart’.
The pair went through some rocky times as there were rumours that Isabel had a fling with another co-star Danny Miller.
The complicated love square came to a head when Danny's ex-girlfriend Kirsty discovered texts on Danny's phone, wrote The Sun, and it reportedly caused a huge fallout on the Emmerdale set, with the cast "split into camps".
A source told the publication at the time: "Michael was also angry. He thought he and Danny were close friends.
"The tension between them caused major problems on set, because Michael made it crystal clear he didn’t want to be around Danny. The revelations caused arguments among the cast who split into two camps."
Following the accusations Michael and Isabel stayed together but eventually broke up in 2019 when he moved to America to pursue new opportunities.
A source told The Sun : "They drifted apart and felt it was better to be mates. "He has been throwing himself into his social life and has just been on a lads' hol and she is focusing on work, they're both young and want to follow their dreams."
However, it seem Isabel is now happy and settled with her new beau as they look forward to spending their first Christmas together.
