Emmerdale star Anthony Quinlan dreaming of TV return in rival soap

Anthony Quinlan Emmerdale Nikki Sanderson Pete Barton Hollyoaks Moira Dingle

Former Emmerdale star Anthony Quinlan has hinted at a return to TV after admitting he would love to star in rival ITV soap Coronation Street.

The actor previously played farmer Pete Barton in the hit ITV soap Emmerdale but quit the role in 2020.

While on the show his character Pete was involved in a number of drama-filled storylines including being in a love triangle with his brother Ross Barton and Debbie Dingle.
