Emmerdale is lining up a busy week for several characters, with shocks, surprises and a whole load of drama, not to mention possible heartache.
Nicky Miligan has a huge week ahead, as he clashes with Cain Dingle and risks exposing his lies to partner Gabby Thomas, who remains unaware she is being used by him.
When Caleb Miligan confronts his son he's forced to confess he's been meeting a mystery person, but will it threaten Caleb's plan to destroy Kim Tate?
Elsewhere, Kerry Wyatt makes a return of sorts and teenager Marshall Hamston is rushed to hospital after collapsing.
Finally, there's the big return of a former villain who hasn't been in the village for 10 years but what brings him back? Here's the biggest moments of the week ahead...
Past villain returns after 10 years
Emmerdale airs the return of a former villain next week, as Tom King Jr makes his big comeback on the ITV soap.
It was recently revealed that killer Carl King's son, formerly known as Thomas, was heading back to the village - and this has now been confirmed.
New spoilers reveal the moment Tom is first seen in the village he once called home, a decade on from his exit.
At the time, Tom fled the village after landing himself in trouble while he was dating Belle Dingle - only for it all to end in tears.
Troubled Belle had planned to run away with her boyfriend, but he decided to go alone and left her behind.
Around 10 years on, the exes come face-to-face again next week and are stunned to be reconnected with each other.
Nicky attacked and Gabby's discovery
Emmerdale 's Nicky Miligan could be about to expose his own lies next week on the ITV soap, as Gabby Thomas makes a discovery.
When Nicky attempts to steal a car from Cain Dingle's garage, he ends up getting attacked by Cain who is unaware Nicky is his nephew.
Nicky then clashes with his dad Caleb in the village after he stands back and watches the attack, but Caleb has a big question he needs answering.
Next week, Caleb will be forced to confront Nicky over his suspicious behaviour, fearing he will derail his master plan against Kim Tate.
That's not all though, as spoilers heavily hint Nicky is hiding something and has another big secret to drop, ahead of a familiar face from his past entering the show.
Spoilers confirm that Nicky goes AWOL, and Caleb is forced to confront him about his disappearing act.
It's then that Nicky admits to being with someone, while the identity of this character remains a secret to viewers and to Caleb.
Nicky then hurries off before Caleb can get any answers, but as he enters the pub with Gabby he's exposed.
Naomi reveals that Nicky had a fight with Cain, leaving Gabby no doubt confused and wanting answers.
Kerry's message for Chloe
Emmerdale airs a return of sorts next week for one character, five months after they ran away from the village following a betrayal.
Kerry Wyatt makes a brief comeback next week according to spoilers, following her daughter Chloe Harris giving birth to a baby boy.
She appears via a video call to speak with Chloe and meet the baby, at a time where Chloe is struggling with motherhood.
This is the first time Kerry has been onscreen since her sudden departure in November.
Next week, Amy Wyatt is trying to help her sister Chloe as she struggles with baby Reuben. Kerry soon calls her daughter to check in and manages to talk her daughter round, amid her doubts about being a mum.
Marshall's collapse
Emmerdale airs tragedy next week, as teenager Marshall Hamston is found unconscious after downing booze to numb his secret agony.
The character, who was recently disowned by his father after revealing he was gay, struggles to cope in upcoming scenes - but his actions leave him fighting for his life.
Marshall will seemingly end up choking on vomit, after getting drunk alone in his room. He is currently staying at Laurel Thomas' house, after she discovered he had been attacked by his father.
As he passes out in upcoming scenes, he soon throws up while unconscious and begins to choke leaving him facing death.
He is found in a bad way by Laurel who screams out for help, as her partner Jai Sharma rushes in and calls for an ambulance.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
