What we do know is that a series of flashforwards will offer a glimpse to the future, with daily snippets at the start of each episode.
Towards the end of the week, everything becomes clear, with destruction and possible death on the horizon.
A series of stunts leave multiple lives on the line, with a body set to be found in the woods - but is the mystery person alive or dead?
As well as gunshots being fired, there's set to be a car crash too - with lives in danger. Here's a closer look at what we know about next week's episodes...
Flashforwards
Spoilers have teased: "A flashforward opens this special week of episodes. In the gloom we see a misty graveyard with an open grave.
"We see and hear the slamming of an iron police cell door and we hear a gunshot ringing out in the woods before panning up to see a smoking crumpled car steaming in the gloom having just had a terrible accident… But who is inside and what does it all mean?
"In this week of time continuous episodes there are brief glimpses (flashforwards) of future scenes at the start of each showing and soon it will all become clear..."
Faith's secret exposed
Faith has a huge secret, following some odd behaviour, and she soon confides in daughter-in-law Moira Dingle.
Next week, she is clearly up to something, and fans will see her in a hurry to try and get to a mystery location for an unknown reason.
Faith is desperate to get to where she needs to go, and when her plans are thwarted she lashes out and gets herself into trouble.
She flips out and grabs one of Amelia’s dumbbell weights and lobs it through the window of Dan’s door, after bickering with the teen.
Clearly this isn't Faith, and it's said she is on self destruct as she lashes out at those around her - but what has happened and what is she hiding that has made her act this way?
Moira spots the commotion and is horrified to see Faith acting out, and viewers will see her finally confess what is going on.
Cain vs Al takes dangerous turn
Cain Dingle and Al Chapman find their feud stepping up a gear next week , ahead of the ITV soap's big stunts.
Details of the big moments and who is involved remain under wraps, but it has been teased lives will be on the line thanks to Cain and Al's feud reaching boiling point.
What is revealed is that Cain speeds a car towards Al, who is refusing to step out of the way - both clearly wanting the other to drop the ball in a challenge of who is the most alpha male.
As thing escalate across the week, this could be the moment it finally comes to a head - while other spoilers suggest a car crash is on the horizon, but are the two men involved?
Noah's stalking exposed
Emmerdale is lining up chilling scenes on the ITV soap, as Noah Dingle's dark behaviour is finally exposed.
Noah and ex-girlfriend Chloe Harris take centre stage during the show's special flashforward week, as she finally uncovers he's been stalking her.
Getting a hold of his laptop, she finds evidence including photos and video footage that proves what Noah has been up to, leaving her shocked and fearing for her safety.
Chloe is in Noah's house when she makes the discovery, and realises the danger she could be in so tries to leave.
But Noah soon turns nasty with her and tries to stop her escaping, just as someone walks in and watches the horror unfolding.
Gabby in fear as Jamie returns?
Gabby panics at Home Farm, as she remains convinced Jamie Tate will return to steal her baby son Thomas from her.
Jamie faked his death in September last year, and Gabby has now figured out he is alive - but has only confided in Dawn Taylor.
Amid Dawn learning some news and deciding to keep it from the young mum, a twist of events next week leaves lives on the line and Gabby in fear.
It all kicks off as Gabby knows Jamie is still at large and she's terrified he will choose his moment to strike - with Dawn soon confessing there was a hooded person on the CCTV cameras at the house.
Gabby faces turmoil as she fears, home alone, she will not be able to stop Jamie if he does return. Things get dark when Gabby finds a dropped torch outside the house and panics, before she decides to check the CCTV.
But her terror mounts as she spots a hooded figure looming in the woods, and she immediately believes it's Jamie.
It's something she then finds in the house, a gift for Thomas, that leaves her fearing the worst though, and she is now more sure than ever that Jamie is back and has been in the house.
Towards the end of the week, fans will see a mystery person break into the gun cupboard at Home Farm and grab a shot gun. Whoever it is, the mystery character is now armed and it's not long before a gun fires in the woods.
