Affair drama
Moira Dingle faces claims that she is once again having an affair, after her odd and secretive behaviour.
Viewers know that she has been helping Faith Dingle, her mother-in-law, following her secondary breast cancer diagnosis - with Faith yet to tell her family.
But with it clear she is hiding something, Faith's daughter Chas soon accuses Moira of being up to no good with Cain's son Nate Robinson.
Long time viewers of the show will know the duo have history, after their steamy affair in 2019 - that led to a dark showdown.
It all kicks off next week when she walks into Moira's home and spots her and a half-naked Nate chatting in the kitchen, with Nate in nothing but a towel.
The next day she decides to catch them in the act, and when she spots Moira dressed in her robe and not her normal farm wear, she storms her way into her bedroom.
Faith's lies escalate
After the affair accusation, Chas is stunned when she finds her mother Faith in Moira's bedroom instead of Nate.
Desperately hiding her illness, Faith stuns both Moira and Chas when she flounders and explains Moira’s state of undress.
Uncomfortable to see how much her lies have escalated, she hides the symptoms of her illness from everyone and is forced to deal with the emotional implications of her diagnosis alone - but will she open up to Chas?
Next week, Faith continues her treatment and remains sad that her children Chas and Cain can't support her through it, amid their fractured relationship.
She seeks support from nurse Wendy, who keeps her company during her treatment.
Leyla's drug habit spirals
Things are set to go from bad to worse for Emmerdale 's Leyla Harding next week as he drug habit spirals out of control.
Leyla ends up snapping at Priya Sharma (Fiona Wade) when she learns that she's upset some of their important clients - but it just so happens she's also out of cocaine.
Leyla ends up leaving Priya to deal with a journalist who has come to interview her for a bridal magazine, and heads off to try and rectify her mistake.
In a moment of serious desperation, Leyla searches Suzy’s bag for cocaine, only to be caught red-handed by Suzy (Martelle Edinborough) herself.
Leyla squirms as she struggles to explain why she was looking through her bag. Suzy reprimands Leyla for taking cocaine but it seems there is no getting through to her.
Charity rejected
Charity Dingle will be left heartbroken next week when her son Noah rejects her.
New ITV spoilers reveal that the mother and son's relationship will break down even further as the court date for his sentencing looms.
It recently came to light that Noah ( Jack Downham ) had been stalking his ex-girlfriend Chloe Harris for weeks, and taking photos, recordings and videos of her.
Charity (Emma Atkins) was the one who eventually told the police everything, and even handed in Noah's laptop as evidence.
The decision has left her and Noah's relationship seriously strained, with her trying to convince him that she did it for his benefit.
Next week, when Eric Pollard (Chris Chittell) refuses to give an annoyed Noah any shifts at the bed and breakfast, Charity's ex Mack Boyd steps in to stick up for Noah.
Charity just so happens to be nearby eavesdropping and feels grateful to see Mack publicly defending her son.
Charity thanks her former boyfriend for sticking up for Noah and the pair agree to put their recent argument to one side.
However, the next day Charity is shocked to learn that Noah’s court date for his sentencing has been confirmed for next week and is left hurt by the ongoing distance between her and her son.
She tries to reassure him that she’ll always be there for him but despairs when Noah rejects her.
