Emmerdale's Bradley Johnson kept spectactors entertained this week, as he showed off his talents for singing at the soap's 50th anniversary event. The star, who plays Vinny Dingle, belted some tunes during an unexpected concert outside the Woolpack pub.
Though Bradley is known for his portrayal of Vinny on the Yorkshire Dales soap, he is also an accomplished singer. During the Emmerdale 50th anniversary celebrations on Monday, he thrilled the crowd with renditions of 70s classics, from artists such as The Real Thing and Stevie Wonder.
In fact, though he makes his living as an actor these days, Bradley did once make it all the way to the final of the BBC talent show, Let It Shine. The show, which broadcast in 2017, was looking for talented people to star in a new musical, The Band.

During his audition, Bradley wowed the judges - Gary Barlow, Dannii Minogue and Martin Kemp - with his performance of Bring Him Home from Les Miserables. The soap star went all the way to the final, but eventually finished in second place, the Liverpool Echo reports.
But Bradley has not left his singing years behind him, as he still shares clips of his singing talent on Instagram. He has since won the praise of other celebs, such as Lorraine Kelly after a stunning rendition of You've Got A Friend in Me by Randy Newman.
She told Bradley in an interview on her self-titled chat show: "Bradley, that was fantastic. I mean, obviously you can sing, we saw that on the show, the Gary Barlow show, you ended up being part of that, it was just great."
And he wasted no time in entertaining his Emmerdale co-stars during the soap's 50th bash on Monday (August 1). Mark Charnock, who plays Marlon Dingle, took to the microphone to introduce Bradley.
The Bradford-born actor joined the cast of Emmerdale in 2019 and has become renowned for his portrayal of Vinny Dingle. His character was recently put through the wringer, as Vinny was kidnapped by the villainous Meena Jutla.
However, Vinny has recently enjoyed happier times in the ITV soap as he tied the knot with Liv Flaherty.
