Emmerdale may have sealed Nicky Miligan's fate in the latest episode of the ITV soap, as he boasted about his true identity.
Last week fans found out Nicky had been hiding a huge secret, and his nice guy persona was all a huge act.
Nicky is the secret son of Kim Tate's business partner Caleb Miligan, and he himself revealed a huge secret last week.
Caleb is the secret son of Kim's ex-husband Frank Tate, and he is plotting to take her down with the help of Nicky - wanting Home Farm and everything she has for themselves.
Nicky is using Gabby Thomas, the mother of Kim's grandson Thomas, as part of his schemes and he recently proposed to her.
But the latest episode could well see the character exposed after two separate scenes, one involving Gabby and one involving secret dad Caleb.
Nicky told Caleb that no one was home, as he began shouting out that Caleb was his dad.
Caleb warned him to be quiet, and Nicky made the point that there was no one around to hear them.
But Friday's episode saw Nicky listening into Kim's conversations via the baby monitor, and then at the end of the episode the camera panned in on it once again.
So could Nicky's arrogance that he can say what he likes about his master plan in the empty house come back to haunt him?
After all, someone may have been listening into the device or could possibly overhear him at a later date.
A second scene saw Gabby left suspicious about what her partner had been up to, as she walked in on him with baby Thomas.
Just moments earlier he'd left the tot on the floor while he watched TV, before quickly picking up a book when he heard Gabby enter.
But Gabby noticed it was the same book he'd already read to the toddler just hours earlier and called him out for it.
While he came up with an excuse, could further slip-ups lead to Gabby realising he's not caring for her son like he should be?
