Emmerdale actors Bradley Johnson and Lawrence Robb have shared details of an exciting new project with their fans, which will see them away from the Dales.
The pair have signed up to take part in Britain Get Singing alongside several of their ITV co-stars, in a one-off Christmas special to support ITV's mental health campaign Britain Get Talking.
The ITV programme will see a number of stars from a variety of TV shows put their pipes to the test as they go head to head over the festive season.
Bradley and Lawrence, who play Vinnie Dingle and Mackenzie Boyd on the ITV soap, will also be joined by the fellow Emmerdale actors Jay Kontzle, who plays Billy Fletcher, Olivia Bromley, who plays Dawn Taylor, Lisa Riley, who plays Mandy Dingle, Daisy Campbell, who plays Amelia Spencer, and Mark Charnock, who plays Marlon Dingle.
Sharing the news on his Instagram, Bradley penned: “Tune into ITV on Christmas Eve at 8pm to see Emmerdale take on Coronation Street, Loose Women, Love Island and The Chase in a one off singing competition called BRITAIN GET SINGING. See ya there!! It’s for an amazing cause.”
Shortly after, Bradley and Lawrence took to Instagram with a clip to tease what fans can expect from the upcoming show.
Showcasing their impressive vocal skills, both lads belted out their own rendition of the Christmas classic Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas.
Their performance garnered plenty of attention from fans as well as their co-stars, who couldn't wait to show their support in the comments section.
Ash Palmisciano, who plays Matty Barton, penned: “So good!! amazing boys“, as Michelle Hardwick, who portrays Vanessa Woodfield, simply wrote: “Gorgeous.”
Simon Lennon, who appeared as Ben Tucker on the ITV soap until November 2021, added: “Stop it! [heart-eyed emoji].“
Charles Anderson actor Kevin Mathurin echoed: “Beautiful, you guys,” while Eden Taylor-Draper, who has starred as Belle Dingle since 2005, commented with a string of heart-eyed emojis.
Britain Get Singing will be hosted by Roman Kemp alongside a judging panel of The Voice's will.i.am, Britain’s Got Talent’s Alesha Dixon, American Idol's Adam Lambert and comedian Jason Manford.
Other contestants include star's from this year's Love Island including Tasha Ghouri, Paige Thorne, Antigoni Buxton, Danica Taylor, Andrew Le Page and Luca Bish.
Meanwhile, Loose Women stars Coleen Nolan, Brenda Edwards, Denise Welch, Judi Love, Linda Robson and Kelle Bryan will also take to the stage in a bid to impress the judges.
