Emmerdale's Lucy Pargeter has had the last laugh after being trolled online for having work done and for dying her hair.
The Chas Dingle star, 46, took to social media this weekend to share what a man had been saying to her on Facebook. She said he was a "hypocrite" as he appeared to be a mental health advocate.
In a tweet, Lucy said: "Do you know what makes me giggle? A man on Facebook slagging me off for having some cosmetic bits and bobs, along with wearing makeup and dying my hair !!! And then on his profile supporting @MindCharity surely even he can see the hypocrisy???"

Among many positive responses, one fan said: "Can’t even tell that you’ve had bits and bobs done. You’re a fantastic actress with such a beautiful personality and you’re gorgeous! Ignore them".
Lucy replied: "That’s lovely of you to say, but how can you not? [cry-laughing emojis] I think my swollen lips that should have had at least a week to recover but actually had 4 hours had their own #hatepage!!!!"
And after being told not to let the man's comments worry her, the actress reassured fans she was absolutely fine, but found the trolling highly entertaining.
