Emmerdale's Lisa Riley stuns fans as she reminds them of former role on 'axed' ITV show

Lisa Riley Emmerdale Mandy Dingle Jeremy Beadle

Emmerdale star Lisa Riley has taken fans on a trip down memory line as she recalled her former role on another ITV show. The actress, who is famed for playing Mandy Dingle in the ITV soap, was reacting to the news that You've Been Framed has reportedly been axed after 33 years on air.

The ITV entertainment programme, which first aired with original host Jeremy Beadle in April 1990, saw members of the public send in their amusing home videos and who were then paid a fee if their clip was featured.

And Lisa replaced Jeremy as the presenter of You've Been Framed between 1998 and 2002 while also playing Mandy in Emmerdale the first time around from 1995 to 2001.
