Emmerdale's Dingle family seem to have new relatives crop up out of nowhere, and this Christmas sees another addition make their soap debut.
Caleb Miligan arrives on Christmas Day and delivers a major bombshell to one character, while confronting another.
The secret sibling of Cain and Chas Dingle, played by actor Will Ash, soon makes his mark as he joins the famous clan on the ITV soap.
But how exactly is he related to Chas and Cain, and who else is he biologically related to on the show?
Caleb has been revealed to be the secret son of Faith Dingle, who recently died on the ITV soap.
Until the announcement recently, viewers had no idea she had another son - but they weren't the only ones, as his family didn't know either.
Asides Faith, Cain is the only one to have found out about Caleb when they met over 30 years ago - but Cain turned him away.
Faith never mentioned her secret son, nor has Cain mentioned them meeting years earlier - while it has yet to be confirmed who his father is.
It remains unclear whether Caleb is biologically related to Cain and Chas' cousins, including Charity, Mandy and Marlon Dingle, as they share this link paternally - and with Caleb's dad not revealed, it's a little unclear.
Caleb is not related to Cain's other siblings Sam or Belle, as Faith was not the mother of either character, and Chas' late sister Gennie was also not Faith's child.
That said, Caleb is related to Cain's children Nate, Debbie, Kyle and Isaac, and Chas' daughter Eve and her son Aaron.
Despite not being related to the majority of the family, they will no doubt welcome him in with open arms as they have done with others.
There are so many Dingles, past and present, that it can get a bit confusing who is related to who.
Dingle matriarch Zak Dingle is father to Sam, Belle, Cain and others no longer on the show, while he is also uncle to Mandy, Chas and Marlon.
This makes Cain and Chas both siblings and first cousins, while Cain only learned Zak was his real father years later.
His grandchildren include Debbie, Nate, Samson, Kyle and Isaac - while Sarah Sugden is his great-granddaughter.
Zak is also related to Charity, Noah and Moses through his cousin, Charity's father, Obadiah - while Charity and cousin Cain had a child together, Debbie.
April, Aaron, Eve and Leo are also all related to Zak, given he is the uncle of one of their parents. Zak is not related to Caleb as far as we are aware.
