Emmerdale star Daisy Campbell, who plays pregnant teen Amelia Spencer on the ITV soap, has teased the identity of the baby's father amid the big reveal.
Actress Daisy is currently in the midst of one of her biggest storylines to date after her on-screen character discovered she was pregnant. The news came as a shock to the 15-year-old who thought her dizzy spells and blurred vision were due to taking a weight syrup.
However, after fainting while babysitting Gabby Tate's son Thomas, doctors at the hospital told Amelia that she was expecting and viewers have been desperate to figure out who the baby's father could be ever since. During a recent episode Amelia visited an abortion clinic to discuss her options and to find out how far along she was, those watching at home were given a big hint, The Mirror reports.

While speaking to the doctor, Amelia revealed the baby's father was "a teen like me". Many were convinced that meant Noah Dingle, who is currently locked up for stalking, but he is now ruled out after it was revealed the pair have not had sex, leaving two other, more likely contenders.
Taking to Twitter, fans have been speculating that it could be Heath Hope or Samson Dingle, however, the identity of the baby's father has not yet been revealed. Amelia's baby secret will finally be rumbled by her dad next week on the Yorkshire based soap, and Noah will be attacked as Dan believes him to be the father.
Now, actress Daisy has spilled the bombshell over the paternity of her character's baby will drop "very soon", and that the father may be someone viewers are not expecting. Hinting at his identity, Daisy said: "You’re going to know very soon.
"All I’ll say is I don’t think it’s someone people will expect. Me and Liam Fox, who plays Amelia’s dad Dan, actually came up with the idea for this storyline ages ago and suggested it to the producers, including who the dad would be, so I’ve known all along!"
On the moment the truth comes out, she went on: "Dan still sees Amelia as a little girl but she’s growing up and he has to accept that. She wanted to tell him about the pregnancy on his own but it all comes out before she gets a chance!
"Everything Amelia dreaded starts to happen and it’s a nightmare turned into a reality. She’d been holding in this secret, now suddenly everyone knows and she feels very vulnerable." It comes as Daisy also teased what was ahead, and reacted to her looming birth scenes.
She explained: "I’m a little bit nervous but I’m really excited, because I’ve done my prep and stuff so I know where to go with it. I think overall it’s really exciting. "I’ve watched a lot of underage pregnancy birth videos. I’ve watched a lot of One Born Every Minute but more of the teen ones because I feel like that’s what my storyline’s created mostly around."
Meanwhile, soap boss Jane Hudson has teased the character would be trapped during the big storm that will cause chaos in the village. She remained coy though over whether Amelia will give birth during the big week, or during the 50th month.
Jane revealed: "Amelia is due soon, and whether or not she has the baby in the 50th celebrations I'm obviously not going to tell you. "But Amelia does play a very big part in the storm and when she needs to be found, because she's stuck on her own, she does play a very big part.
"You'll just have to wait and see that and then going forward, we have just the brilliantness of the Dingles against the Spencers against everybody, and there are some fantastic proper family rows that are gonna take place between these. "There are some brilliant scenes coming up so yeah, that story has got a lot of legs."
Jane later added: "There is Amelia as we said, will she or won't she have the baby during the 50th... so that's going to have a huge part to play."
