Emmerdale is lining up new scenes for Caleb Miligan following his arrival last month, amid theories he is targeting the Dingles in a revenge plot.
He's set for a possible alliance with village villain and former Dingle enemy Kim Tate, as an opportunity comes his way next week on the ITV soap.
After a testing time for Caleb and his family, Kim calls Caleb to Home Farm and tells him she wants to go into business with him.
Given Kim and the Tate family's long-running history with the Dingles, including brutal attacks and characters being framed for crimes, it will obviously not go down well with the family.
That said, pictures suggest Caleb is tempted by Kim's offer, as she is keen to get the wealthy character onside.
So will Caleb team up with Kim, and could he use her to get back at brother Cain if the revenge theory is to be believed?
The spoilers come amid viewers being left convinced Caleb wanted payback, after he was accused of "spying" on his family while encouraging young nephew Kyle to confess to Al Chapman's murder.
Fans are convinced he's meddling in Cain's life and is out to destroy him, over Cain's lies to him years ago.
It was revealed when Caleb arrived that the brothers had first met 30 years ago when they were teens, but Cain told him to leave his family alone and lied their mother Faith was dead.
So when Caleb learned of Faith's actual death recently, he wanted answers and came looking for Cain.
While he's insisted he just wants to get to know his brother and the rest of his family, fans are convinced Caleb wants payback.
Taking to Twitter, viewers predicted he had set his plan in motion to destroy Cain, targeting his loved ones and Kyle to do so.
One viewer said: "After Cain was forced to go back to his cell after trying to attack his brother , is it me or did Caleb have an expression on his face like he got the reaction he wanted? I think Cain’s right and Caleb IS after revenge."
Another fan said: "Caleb in control, does Caleb want Cain's life?" as a third tweeted: "If Caleb is planning revenge, then it's nothing Cain Dingle doesn't deserve."
A fifth viewer said: "I think caleb deliberately tried to wind cain up...it worked. He's up to no good," while another commented: "Caleb needs Cain out of prison so he can enact whatever plan he has for him."
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
