Emmerdale's Caleb could turn to murder in terrifying revenge against attacker

Emmerdale's Will Ash has teased Caleb Miligan could turn to murder in a shocking turn of events.

This week, we will see Caleb gravely injured after falling off a cliff. All is not what it seems though and he was actually pushed by an as yet unidentified assailant. Many people have been listed as suspects - including his former lover Leyla, his fuming brother Cain, Will Taylor - the husband of his arch enemy Kim Tate - and many more.

However, Will has revealed if Caleb survives the fall, he isn't planning on taking revenge lightly and he revealed that there was every possibility that he could kill the person who pushed him over the cliff.

Asked if Caleb was to survive, would the attacker be in serious danger, and how far might he go for revenge, Will told The Mirror: "His whole life he's held his grudge that he was put into care and that his mum abandoned him and his family abandoned him.

"His dad didn't want anything to do with him. He is one of those people who will hold a grudge for a long time. It feels like - somebody's tried to kill him essentially. So once he finds out who that is, the gun's loaded for whoever that person is definitely."

Will also revealed he was "excited" by the prospect of a cliff fall for his character - even if that means his time on the soap might come to an end, as he teased this could be it for the character in the Dales.

He added: "I found out just before we were doing all the Home Farm and trying to get his hands on Home Farm, so I knew it'd be to do whatever the fallout was from that. I knew there'd be kind of quite a few people that it could be.

"I was excited about it because it's always nice to throw that out there, the potential for his character who's just come in to be killed off and the conflict that can arise from that and the potential for who it might be. I was quite excited by that."

Whoever pushed Caleb is likely to face some serious revenge from the 'businessman', that's if he survives the fall!

*Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7.30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour long episode on Thursdays.
