Emmerdale’s Cain Dingle actor Jeff Hordley set to ‘defend’ Noah Dingle as stalking secret exposed

Emmerdale actor Jeff Hordley has predicted that his character Cain Dingle will stand by Noah Dingle’s side after his disturbing stalker secret is finally exposed.

Viewers of the ITV soap have witnessed Noah go to extreme lengths to know Chloe Harris' every move as he has spent the past few days secretly stalking her.

The teen previously put a tracker on her phone as well as forked out for a drone to look through her bedroom window, which has left fans of the soap feeling 'uncomfortable.'

But his secret is going to finally get exposed - in upcoming episodes, Chloe will realise that Noah is the real culprit, leading to a frightening encounter.

Things get worse as Noah tries to trap Chloe inside his house, but he'll have some explaining to do when his mum Charity walks in and sees what he's doing.

Speaking to Digital Spy and other media about Cain's potential involvement in the story, Jeff explained: "Cain would try to help as best he can, and try to make Noah see the error of his ways.

"Cain has always had a bit of a soft spot for Noah. It's a bit like with Cain and Faith, really. Noah has not had the best mother in his life."

The Noah situation could also risk worsening the ongoing feud between Cain and Al Chapman. As Al has a link with Chloe through his relationship with Kerry Wyatt, he gets involved in the aftermath and confronts Noah.

Predicting that Cain won't be happy, Jeff added: "This is a red rag to a bull, isn't it? Al is the wrong person to get involved in the situation.

"But obviously, Al's connected to Kerry, and Kerry's connected to Chloe. The connection all makes sense. But Al is the wrong person to try to stick up for Chloe – or to go for Noah."

Jack Downham, who plays Noah, recently admitted that he isn't sure whether his character can be redeemed after his unacceptable behaviour.

He said: "Right now, I don't think there's any way back unless he gets serious help and has a serious few conversations with people about his mindset, about the way you think about women, and the way you should act around women."
