Samantha Giles shared her supernatural talents as she talked about being a "witch" on today's Loose Women.
The Emmerdale actress, known for her role as Bernice Blackstock, was on the ITV talk show chatting to the panellists about going through the menopause both on and off screen. While on there, Denise Welch asked about another interesting aspect of her life.
She said: "On a more personal level, Sam, something that I'm fascinated by... You follow the wicca religion. So in theory you're a white witch."

Denise added: "Now, I know that the word 'witch' can still conjure up a negative connotation, but it's not. Can you just, sort of, do an elevated picture of what wicca is?"
Samantha replied: "Yeah, so basically, all wicca is is following nature really and revering nature and following the seasons. It's trying to eat seasonal food and toasting the full moon.
"If you've got crystals then you recharge them on a full moon. It's basically revering nature and kind of getting out there in the natural world. You can do the witchcraft part of it, like the spells and stuff, if you want to but you don't have to."
She added: "It's along the same thing as manifestation." The actress went on to explain that she uses "self help kits" as she said: "If you say to somebody 'here's a magic spell kit' they'll be like 'ugh what's that'. But if you say 'here's a self help kit' then they're more for it."
Samantha has learnt how to read tarot cards and has a high interest in a "spiritual side of life". Her interest in the wicca lifestyle came from childhood, when her mum would tell her to "hop on a broomstick" and also claimed to be able to see animals in people.
