Emmerdale has revealed who pushed Caleb Miligan in a shock twist on the ITV soap.
Caleb – played by Will Ash – has angered many residents of the Dales as of late, after his plan to take all of Kim Tate's money in revenge for her ex-husband and Caleb's father Frank Tate's death. However, his plan was unveiled by Kim in a huge twist, with Cain Dingle – Caleb's brother – also fuming at his own sibling for getting them caught up in his plan.
After the revelations, Caleb was ousted by the Tates and the Dingles, with many of them wanting him dead. So when he found himself being pushed off the ravine to his near death, there was a long list of suspects.
Cain Dingle was top of the list, given that Caleb had betrayed him and his wife Moira Dingle so badly and wrecked their business, whilst Will Taylor was also a prime suspect, as he wanted his revenge over Kim.
Both Leyla Harding and Mack Dingle were also possible suspects, with the first having been scorned by Caleb's betrayal after sleeping with Charity Dingle, and Mack was also fuming about Caleb getting between the sheets with his ex.
However, tonight, it was revealed that Nicky was the one who pushed Caleb over the cliff – but we don't know yet if Caleb remembers, as he told him whilst his father was still in an induced coma.
"I thought I'd killed you," Nicky can be seen saying as he sits next to his dad's hospital bed.
Will Ash previously opened up about the danger filming the big scenes, which saw Caleb fall to his near death.
Speaking to The Mirror and other press about the filming, he said: "It was great fun; it was a lovely location. It was beautiful where we were, plugged some rocks where we did it. We had like two days so there was plenty of time to do it all. And the director had it all planned out brilliantly. It was fantastic fun and in terms of the danger of it.
"Everyone was kind of quite worried. I had a harness on cause I was going kind of quite near to this edge and if you’d have fallen off that, you've done yourself serious damage like Caleb does. "I'm not great with heights, so, um, but I felt very, very safe. I was falling off a platform - we kind of cheated it - I was falling onto this kind of mattress."
He added: "I was going up a step each time while they were testing out. And then when I had to do the top step, I was a bit scared and they went, go on, just jump. You'll be all right. You've got the others. I thought, okay, just give this a go. It was good. It’s a break from being in the studio or being in the village and it was nice weather."
