Emmerdale 's new arrival Claudette certainly makes her presence felt in upcoming scenes on the ITV soap.
The mother of vicar Charles Anderson is set to cause trouble and ruffle feathers in the village, with it teased she will clash with other residents.
But fans may recognise the actress playing Claudette as she has been in serval big TV shows over the years, and has even appeared on Emmerdale in the past.
Claudette is played by Flo Wilson, whose TV credentials include Sanditon, Death in Paradise, Coronation Street and Help.
Some of her other appearances include stints on Hollyoaks, Waterloo Road, Shameless, The Syndicate and Vera, according to her IMDB page.
Flo actually appeared on Emmerdale over 10 years ago for two episodes, as she played Nurse Bradshaw who helped Zak Dingle when he was admitted to hospital following a breakdown.
She may also have appeared on the same soap in 2007, with an Emmerdale fan site stating she played another nurse.
Now, Flo returns to the ITV soap in a regular role as the mother of Charles, and grandmother to his children Ethan and Naomi.
Flo also played a nurse in Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks, while in another soap stint she appeared on Corrie in four different roles between 1998 and 2014, according to IMDB.
These roles include nurses, a midwife named Claire Hinton and a childminder named Kerry Matthews. Claire delivered Fiz Brown's daughter Hope Stape, while she also appeared in scenes with Carla Connor and Molly Dobbs.
It was confirmed last month that Flo would be joining the ITV soap, with cast members sharing their excitement over the news.
Actress Flo said: "I feel blessed that I was chosen to play Claudette and I hope to make the Emmerdale family proud of the work that I will do."
Kevin Mathurin, who plays son Charles said: "I've had the privilege of working with Flo before, so when I saw her name on the sheet I knew she'd be perfect to bring Claudette to life. Flo is a wonderful soul, an amazing actress and is already settling in."
Teasing the arrival and what it will mean for Charles and the villagers, executive producer Jane Hudson said: "We are delighted to welcome Flo Wilson to the cast of Emmerdale. Her talent and experience will bring a new dimension to the show, and we can't wait for viewers to see her in action. She's certainly going to ruffle feathers in the Anderson household."
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
