Emmerdale's Manpreet Sharma has had a horrifying few weeks at the hands of her sister Meena Jutla.
Meena and Manpreet were both caught up in the Woolpack explosion on Christmas Day, and since then, Meena has been hell bent on ending the life of her sibling after confessing all her murders to her.
She had kidnapped her sister from the hospital the first time around and brought her back to the house, where she kept her hostage in her bedroom before trying to drug her with sleeping tablets.
Meena was forced to change her plan when police suggested searching the house, and she took Manpreet away to a barn, where she also planned to murder Vinny Dingle too.
However, her plan was thwarted by Dr Liam Cavanagh and Meena made her escape, heading off to Glasgow, Scotland after hitching a ride with an unsuspecting lorry driver.
Manpreet tried to run away but in a devastating twist, she was knocked over by her lover Charles, who had been out desperately trying to look for her and rescue her.
She has been in a coma since - but fans will now finally find out if she made it out alive.
In spoilers from next week's episodes, Manpreet is confirmed to be alive and well.
She is questioned by police about the specific details Meena confessed to her about Ben's death, as police try and investigate what happened. Liv is still in prison for the crime, even though she is innocent.
Vinny is left distraught as police tell him that they are unable to release Liv due to a lack of concrete evidence, whilst Manpreet is left even more shocked when Vinny visits her and pleads with her to lie to the police.
As Manpreet battles with her health, she struggles with her anxiety about everything that happened as well as her physical health issues, as she desperately tries to recover - both physically and mentally - from what happened.
Later in the week, Manpreet and Charles remain on good terms, despite the doctor admitting she was considering moving away. But can Charles stop her from leaving the Dales?
