Emmerdale's Meena Jutla will take to the stand on the ITV soap next week for her plea hearing, as she remains accused of a number of murders and other crimes.
The soap villain was finally arrested last month, and charged with the murders of Andrea Tate, Ben Tucker, Leanna Cavanagh and a girl named Nadine - while she was also charged with other crimes including kidnap and attempted murder.
But while police have evidence linking her to the crimes and the victims, they have yet to get a confession out of her ahead of her plea hearing.
Next week, Meena takes to the stand to offer her plea to the charges against her, and a twist will no doubt cause drama.
Meena, after weeks of denying her crimes and amid her trying to set up her sister Manpreet Sharma, makes a surprising decision that leaves her former neighbours rattled.
Spoilers for next week on the soap reveal that residents including Manpreet, Charles Anderson and Leyla and Liam Cavanagh all face her in court, hoping to get justice for the victims.
Meena does her best to unnerve everyone as she arrives and stands before them, but it's her plea that leaves villagers stunned.
It appears Meena is playing a game and is up to her old tricks, as she pleads guilty to the first of her many charges.

The character is meant to be testifying against her sister, while Liam and Charles are not permitted to despite both having heard confessions from Meena.
The pressure gets too much for her and she soon suffers a panic attack, but will she manage to bring her sister down?
