Well, now you could possibly as the ITV soap is looking to hire a new story editor. The role would entitle helping to bring exciting episodes to millions of Emmerdale fans.
The role offers a salary between £53,880 and £56,446 per year. The successful candidate would be required to undertake many essential roles.

The brief for the roles states: “To prepare, write, compile and edit the storyline documents, working alongside the story producer to ensure that storyline documents are completed and delivered to agreed deadlines and to the highest standard.” So, if you have some exciting Emmerdale storylines in mind this could be the ideal job for you.
