Emmerdale fans thrilled as they 'work out' what Charity does next

Emmerdale fans are excited as they predict "fireworks" between Charity, Mackenzie and Chloe.

Charity and Mackenzie have just got married, and on the same day Chloe gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. Viewers watching at home know Mackenzie had a one-night-stand with Chloe nine months ago, and is the child's father.

Nate also knows about the affair, as does Charity's granddaughter Sarah.

Friday's episode saw Charity persuade Mackenzie to come with her to visit Chloe's new baby, Reuben, before they headed to the airport for their honeymoon in Paris. A reluctant Mack went along but continued to remind Charity they "needed to go" during their visit.

He refused to hold or even come close to the baby, and Charity said the baby's "dad was missing out", and kept urging Mackenzie to come closer to the newborn. And some soap fans think Charity is playing a long game.

Taking to Twitter, Darren said: "Expecting Charity to say something like 'Come and meet your son, Mack' revealing she knew all along", while Jess said: "Charity is acting like she already knows and is waiting for him to slip up".

Ryan said: "I'm still trying to work out if Charity knows something? Why is she so insistent on Mack seeing the baby?" and Charlie said: "Charity definitely knows, all the digs she keeps making 'just the two of us' etc. She's serving that revenge very cold".

Ashley said: "Charity has already rumbled up, expecting fireworks in Paris and only one of them to return".

Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7.30pm on ITV and ITVX
