Emmerdale viewers were quick to spot a problem with Cain’s arrest as Kyle continues to struggle with his killer secret.
Cain is currently facing jail time as he covers for son Kyle who killed Al Chapman in a shooting incident. In an attempt to protect the youngsters even more, Moira and Amy decided to flee the village and go to Scotland with Kyle and only a handful of people know the truth
However, they have since returned to the village following an ultimatum from Moira's son Matty. During tonight’s episode of the ITV soap Amy thought it was a good idea to go visit Cain in prison and take Kyle along with her.

However it seems that he is still struggling to re-adjust back into his everyday life as he had an emotional outburst. The second Kyle saw Cain he broke down in tears and said: “I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry please don’t hate me, I didn’t mean to do it.”
Cain hugged his son and turned to Amy and said: “Why did you bring him in this state?” Amy replied: “I didn’t know he was going to react like this did I. He was absolutely desperate to see you.”
Cain then said to Kyle: “Listen to me now, everything that has happened is not your fault ok. I think me and you are in the same boat here because I am worrying about you and you are worrying about me. You just need to forget about all that now because we have a lot of catching up to do.”
Kyle was interested to find out what prison was like but Cain down played the situation as he told the youngster that he has made lots of friends.
The 10-year-old asked Cain: “Can I see you again?” But Cain didn’t think it was a good idea as he said: “I’m not sure it is a good idea because I don’t want you getting upset again.”
Kyle assured him that he wouldn’t and promised not to tell anyone his secret about Al’s death. However some viewers where quick to spot a problem as they claim police would have realised Cain is innocent if they tested his hands with some viewers insisting that it’s only a matter of time before Kyle confesses.
@griannedoherty3 Tweeted: “Haven't the Police kinda totally forgotten something kinda major & blatantly f****** obvious in all this? Where's the actual GSR test on Cain's hands? Surely that would immediately prove he never actually fired the gun in the first place right? #Emmerdale.”
