Emmerdale fans were a little surprised on Monday night, as they finally learned what Amelia Spencer had named her baby.
Amelia gave birth during the big storm last week, and fans quickly predicted what she would call her newborn daughter.
The big week saw the tragic deaths of her close family friend Harriet Finc h, as well as Liv Flaherty who was crushed by a caravan.
Prior to this, Faith Dingle died earlier this month - while Amelia has suffered tragedy in the past, following the deaths of her mother Ali, stepmother Ruby and cousin Rachel over the years.
So fans expected that if she did not name the baby after Harriet, who died trying to find missing Amelia, it could be a tribute to a late relative, or Liv or Faith.
So when Amelia announced the name of her baby in the latest episode, fans could not hide their surprise.
In a conversation with her father Dan Spencer, she revealed she had decided on a name since the birth so did not need any help.
She then confirmed her baby daughter's name was Esther, with Dan sharing his approval.
But fans watching the episode were surprised, expecting Amelia to pay tribute to Harriet or someone else.
Taking to Twitter, one viewer said: "Totally expected her to call her after either her Mum Ali/StepMom Ruby or even Harriet ."
Another fan agreed: "Can't believe amelia called her baby Esther and not Harriet."
A third viewer added: "Was expecting the baby to be named Harriet," while a fourth said: "Esther?? Not Harriet or Ali??? What?"
Some viewers were glad by the twist though, with one writing: "Phew I thought she was going to call the baby Harriet."
Meanwhile, there was panic surrounding the disappearance of Esther's biological father Samson Dingle on Monday.
But Amelia's boyfriend Noah Dingle soon found him injured after days of being trapped, and he and Mackenzie Boyd got him to the hospital.
It was revealed that he had a suspected broken ankle and hypothermia, but that he would be okay.
Samson was soon reunited with his family, including his injured father Sam Dingle, and he explained what had happened to him during the storm.
The teenager revealed how he fell down the hill while searching for his phone, leading to him injuring his ankle.
He then dragged himself inside the tunnel for shelter during the winds and covered himself in leaves to keep himself warm.
But it seems Samson is still not prepared to support Amelia and their baby despite meeting the little one, as he told the baby he didn't want to be a part of her life.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV and ITV Hub, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
