Emmerdale viewers praised “amazing” Dominic Brunt after his “powerful” Paddy Kirk moment.
As viewers know, Paddy has been struggling with his mental health following his split from Chas Dingle. During last night’s episode Paddy was having suicidal thoughts.
He came back to the village to say his final goodbyes to his family including young daughter Eve. During Friday's episode of the ITV soap, viewers witnessed a heart-wrenching scene between Paddy and his best friend Marlon Dingle.

Marlon was left horrified when he found out Paddy didn’t want to live anymore and begged him to return to the village.
Paddy admitted he couldn't see a way through but eventually Marlon managed to talk him around and he and Chas took him home. Once at home Paddy broke down and sobbed in his dad's arms.
Doctor Liam Cavanagh later paid him a visit to find out more about Paddy's struggles. Marlon pleaded with Paddy to live. Paddy told him he would try, but he couldn't promise anything.
The devastating scenes and Paddy's struggles left viewers “sobbing” as they rushed straight to Twitter to praise Paddy Dingle actor Dominic Brunt for his “powerful” performance.
