Emmerdale fans are convinced the mysterious Caleb could be linked to drug dealer Callum.
Callum kidnapped Leyla after suffering with the wrath from his boss over the lies Suzy spread about him. In a bid to try and stop the drug dealer from targeting Leyla's family, Suzy used her connections in the drug world to tell everyone that Callum was working with the police and as a result couldn't be trusted amongst them all.
However, Callum himself has received some stern words from his boss whoever they might be - but fans are sure they know the person's identity and are predicting there could be a link to Caleb.
When Caleb arrived, he caused quite a stir amongst the village. He set his sights on rekindling a friendship with his brother Cain, but fans have long suspected he might not be who he said he is - or he has some sort of ulterior motive.
Now fans are sure they've spotted a connection between Callum and Caleb.
One viewer tuning into the soap mused: "I wonder if Caleb knows Callum? #Emmerdale," whilst a second took to Twitter to suggest: "I don’t know why but anyone else think Callum’s boss is Caleb? #Emmerdale."
"I’m wondering if Caleb is the boss of Callum? 'He’s not to be messed with', Caleb can be very sneaky. Just my opinion #Emmerdale," another viewer penned online as they 'worked out' a possible connection.
Caleb's wealth is clear, but some fans are convinced that could come from other things rather than the horse breeding business he is trying to grow with the help of Kim Tate and her husband Will Taylor.
It comes after Caleb offered some advice for Leyla as she struggles with Callum's threats, with actress Roxy Shahidi hinting that there could be a romance in store for the pair after he supported her and offered some advice.
"He has got words of advice. On their first meeting he shares some words of Caleb wisdom with her, which he’s really reflecting on his own life but she takes to heart and it drives her to make yet another impulsive decision that she thinks is the only thing she can do to kind of take control or potentially get rid of him," actress Roxy said, "I think there’s a spark for Leyla with any potential suitor ever."
Whatever Caleb's secret is, bosses have confirmed he's not an undercover cop but that he does have a secret. Could he be trying to run from the police rather than work with them - and will he use Leyla to help with his ultimate goal?
