ITV issued a warning ahead of Monday's episode of Emmerdale.
But rather than worry fans, the message seemed to excite them instead. Ahead of the soap starting, an announcer warned: "Now on ITV1, with scenes some viewers may find upsetting, it's your Monday night visit to Emmerdale."
Viewers seemed to be "made up" with the warning as they posted excited messages to Twitter. They assumed that upsetting scenes would mean drama in the fictional village.

The episode saw a scene where Priya Sharma was paralysed with fear. During an event at Take a Vow, a veil caught fire and sent her into panic mode as she relived the screams that she heard during a corn maze fire, where she was seriously burnt, at the hands of serial killer Meena Jutla.
Priya quickly fled from the room as Leyla managed to salvage the event and quickly put the fire out. But it was too late - Priya was devastated and traumatised by the fire.
