Emmerdale fans are convinced they spotted a familiar face from rival ITV soap Coronation Street during last night’s dramatic show.
During Wednesday's episode of the ITV hit soap viewers saw Dan get arrested as he attempted to protect his daughter Amelia after she was targeted by a stalker.
Amelia decided to start a new career as a social media influencer but it wasn’t long until she got some unwanted attention from stalker, Lloyd.

Lloyd developed an unhealthy obsession with her and Dan thought it would be a good idea to threaten Lloyd but he soon returned to the Yorkshire village and cornered Amelia in church as he attempted to explain his sinister behaviour.
Lloyd provoked Dan afterwards and said there's nothing he could do to prevent him from seeing his daughter. Dan reacted and landed a knockout punch on Lloyd after the fiery exchange, Liverpool Echo reports.
Lloyd was in a critical condition after he hit his head on a rock. Dan couldn't live with his action so confessed to the police at the end of the episode and was led away in handcuffs.
Officers were questioning witnesses in the village before Dan decided to own up to what he had done.

Viewers watching at home were left distracted during the dramatic scene as they were convinced one of the extras was Coronation Street villain, Pat Phelan, who was played by Connor McIntyre.
