Emmerdale fans feel delighted this evening after a child star made a rare appearance in the soap.
As the build up continues to Mackenzie and Charity’s wedding we’ve seen some preparations taken care of. During Wednesday evening’s episode, Mackenzie asked Isaac to be a page boy at the ceremony.
This meant five-year-old Bobby Dunsmuir, who plays Isaac, made something of a rare appearance. Many fans took to Twitter to say how happy they were to see the child actor appear.

We saw one fan @RyanTheSoapking post: “Isaac is so cute.” While @Emmerdalefan9h8 added: “It is great to see Isaac in tonight’s episode.
Another viewer @sarahy723 posted: “Can we have Isaac in every Emmerdale please?”
Later in the episode, Moira raised her doubts to Mackenzie about his marriage to Charity. Many in the village are unaware Mack is struggling as he battles the secret he’s father to Chloe’s unborn child. In true soap fashion, that hidden fact will likely get aired in the coming weeks.

Lawrence Robb, who plays Mackenzie Boyd, has previously spoken about his character's world crumbling should Charity discover his secret.
Following tonight’s drama, we saw @TwellyWatcher post: “A big part of me would actually really love Charity and Mackenzie to survive this when she finds out the truth. It will crush her at first but I hope in time they do stay together and become stronger. Doubt it tho but we’ll see soon #Emmerdale.”
While @AndyGibsonTV added: “I can not wait for Charity and Mackenzie’s wedding.”
