Caleb Miligan could die at the hands of a very familiar face on Emmerdale.
There has been much talk about who pushes Caleb off the cliff in shocking scenes set to air this week. There are multiple suspects including the likes of Cain, Will, Mack and Leyla - and fans have been sharing wild theories about who it might be.
As they discussed the possibilities during a chat on This Morning today with Sharon Marshall, Dermot O'Leary gave his theory on who it might be and questioned Sharon if it could be serial killer Meena Jutla who pushes Caleb off the cliff.
Sharon said it was very unlikely as Meena is currently in jail for all the murders she has committed, before joking she could be back in a shock twist and could be the one who attacks Caleb.
Actor Will Ash - who plays Caleb - previously teased his character could turn to murder, if he survives the fall.
Asked if Caleb was to survive, would the attacker be in serious danger, Will told The Mirror: "His whole life he's held his grudge that he was put into care and that his mum abandoned him and his family abandoned him.
"His dad didn't want anything to do with him. He is one of those people who will hold a grudge for a long time. It feels like - somebody's tried to kill him essentially. So once he finds out who that is, the gun's loaded for whoever that person is definitely."
Will also admitted that he was "excited" by the prospect of a cliff fall for his character - even if it leads to his exit.
He added: "I found out just before we were doing all the Home Farm and trying to get his hands on Home Farm, so I knew it'd be to do whatever the fallout was from that. I knew there'd be kind of quite a few people that it could be.
"I was excited about it because it's always nice to throw that out there, the potential for his character who's just come in to be killed off and the conflict that can arise from that and the potential for who it might be. I was quite excited by that."
Caleb joined the ITV soap on Christmas Day last year as Cain and Chas Dingle's long lost brother. However, he was harbouring another big secret, and was actually Frank Tate's secret son, desperate to bring Kim Tate down. He teased he could die in shocking scenes.
Asked how he feels about potentially leaving the show, he said: "He's a great character to play. There's so much going on with him, so much amazing backstory he can tap into that motivates all these storylines that he's had.
"The writers have really written brilliantly for it. I've had an amazing time. It's quite tough that but I've enjoyed the challenge of trying to be good in something that's so fast moving. I've had a great time. I've been written for nice. It's been lovely."
