There are some changes to the ITV1 evening schedule this week, from Monday, May 29, to Friday, May 2, as the Britain's Got Talent semi-finals air. Two ITV1 soaps will be airing at different times than their normal timeslots.
Both Coronation Street and Emmerdale will vary their air times from Monday, May 29, to Friday, May 2. Instead of being screened at 8pm for an hour, Coronation Street will be airing at 7.30pm each day and the episodes will be just half an hour long.
Emmerdale will also air earlier at 7pm, instead of 7.30pm. The schedule changes are due to the live Britain's Got Talent semi-finals which will air on ITV1 from Monday, May 29, to Friday, May 2, at 8pm for two hours.

Acts hoping to be chosen to perform in the semi-finals and fight for a place in the final include Welsh dance group Notorious from Port Talbot. You can read more about the dance group here.
Simon Cowell gave the group a standing ovation after their energetic performance. Notorious dance group, who consist of 25 brilliant dancers aged seven to 17, attended auditions for the programme in Manchester back in January and left Simon very impressed after their performance included jumps, synchronised movements and backflips.
After the performance, fellow judges Bruno Tonioli and Amanda Holden also took to their feet. Simon said: "I've got to say we have seen a lot of other dance groups, however, that was absolutely brilliant!" The group received four yesses from the judges, sending them through to the semi-finals. All the dancers in the group are members of TDM Stage School, a popular dance and performing arts academy based in Sandfields in Port Talbot.
