Aviation enthusiasts flocked to Glasgow Airport to catch a glimpse of the world's largest commercial aircraft landing in the city.
The Emirates A380 departed Dubai just after 8am on Sunday morning and arrived in Scotland at 12.40pm, five minutes ahead of schedule.
The colossal craft, which has carried 105 million passengers since it was launched in 2008, landed at the airport for the first time since 2019, leaving many of those watching in awe.

However, it will be a quick turnaround for the gigantic plane, which is due to take-off from Glasgow at 2.35pm this afternoon.
The double-decker, which can carry 517 passengers, flew over the likes of Romania, Slovakia, Poland and Germany before arriving at its destination in Scotland.
The giant jet is now set to travel between Glasgow and Dubai daily over the summer period after demand for the route increased.
