Emily Atack has responded to a harsh question about her weight, after it was claimed that she "snogged" dancer Giovanni Pernice at a BRIT Awards afterparty this week.
The comedian, 32, admitted to fans that she was suffering from a hangover yesterday after attending the awards ceremony and a subsequent party on Tuesday evening.
And whilst the Celebrity Juice star was recovering from the events of the night before, she's understood to have seen a harsh comment that was left by a follower on social media.
She shared a screenshot of their remark, which referenced her weight, with her 1.8 million followers on Instagram last night - with the actor making light of the comment.
The follower had asked: "Have you put on weight?" Sharing the comment on her story, Emily responded: "I would argue this, but I genuinely just got my hand stuck in a Pringle tube."
It comes after it was claimed that her and Strictly Come Dancing star Giovanni, 31, had been "all over each other" at the awards ceremony's afterparty on Tuesday night.
The pair are said to have been seen "snogging" on the dance floor at nightclub the Box, following the Brit Awards - which had been held at the O2 Arena earlier in the evening.
Giovanni is said to have travelled to London from Glasgow for the afterparty, even though he didn't attend the awards ceremony itself, according to the Sun.
A source told the outlet earlier this week: "Gio and Emily were snogging the faces off each other. Their hands were everywhere and they were absolutely loving it."
They said he had been "following her around the club" and later joined her at a private table. The source said the pair kissed on the dance floor of the nightclub.
The source claimed that they held hands in the smoking area and described the situation as "more than flirty."

The Inbetweeners star Emily was photographed leaving the afterparty in a taxi with Giovanni's Strictly co-star Graziano Di Prima, 27, and radio presenter Vick Hope, 32.
Giovanni - who has appeared on the BBC dance show since 2015 - was previously in a relationship with Love Island alum Maura Higgins, 31, but they split up in October last year.
Reps of Emily and Giovanni declined to comment.
