Emily Atack is currently obsessed with having a salad for lunch - and claims it's "the best in the world".
The actress, 32, took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday to share her secret recipe with fans, urging them to try it for themselves.
"I make this salad everyday for lunch and I'm obsessed with it," the Inbetweeners star wrote.
Emily added: "I made it up myself and I think it might be the best salad in the world so I'm gonna share it."
She posted a photo of the yummy meal, which was made up of jalapeños, blue cheese, lettuce, cucumber, fried sweet potato and half a red onion.
Emily then added: "Sorry for saying glug. Add more blue cheese if you're a filthy pig like me."
The TV star tucked into her healthy lunch after she hit the town for a fancy meal with her nearest and dearest to celebrate her New Look edit.
On Tuesday, Emily admitted that she ended up receiving a "b******ing" for staying out too late over the weekend.
She told her Instagram followers: "Made it through Monday with, actually, a completely fair and necessary amount of minor b******ings from staying out too late over the weekend."
The comedian - who is a team caption on Celebrity Juice - then suggested that she had food on her mind, concluding the caption by writing: "Shall we get a take away?"
Emily didn't make it clear to her 1.8 million followers on the platform who she had received the telling off from. Fans however teased her over it in the comments section.
"Oh you been naughty again," wrote one follower. Another said: "You're only young once. Whilst a third commented on the recent post: "Rules are there to be broken."
The photos attracted compliments towards the I'm a Celebrity alum who was referred to by her fans as "beautiful" and "absolutely gorgeous" in the comments section.
Emily recently attracted much praise on the platform after transforming into Katy Perry for an episode of Celebrity Juice.
She was seen wearing a purple wig and a dress which was adorned with an ice cream. It's understood to have been inspired by Katy's look in the California Gurls music video.
The actor - who appeared alongside Joel Dommett, dressed as Keith Lemon, in one photo - wrote in the caption: "Welcome to the Keith and Katy UK tour."
