Emily Atack has unveiled her latest TV project where she will give fans an insight into some of her toughest personal experiences. The 32-year-old comedian made an announcement to her 1.8 million Instagram followers that she is making a new documentary that will air on the BBC.
The TV personality, who first found fame after playing Charlotte Hinchcliffe in The Inbetweeners, said that the programme will explore her 'own lived experiences' of sexual harassment and sexual harassment online.
The former I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here contestant, who came second place in the show and went on to present the spin-off series Extra Camp, admitted the new documentary is the 'scariest thing she has ever done'.

Emily previously featured as a team captain on Celebrity Juice and also presented her own series called The Emily Atack Show which featured a mix of stand up comedy, impressions, and stories about her life experiences including dating, relationships and the pressures of social media and fame.
This is not the first documentary the star has done, as has also explored turning 30 years old and issues affecting women her age in a show called Emily Atack: Adulting.
In a post on Instagram, the TV personality announced: "Hi all! The news is out that I am making a documentary for the BBC about my own lived experiences of sexual harassment and sexual harassment online.
"This is the scariest thing I have ever done, so your support as always means the world to me. The reaction has already been quite overwhelming, and has given me a huge boost in confidence to believe that we are ready to talk and focus the lens on what is a very serious issue that we’ve been taught to shrug off and sweep under the rug for so long.
"It’s an issue SO many women are dealing with today - in their DM’s, in the streets and beyond. Coming soon to @bbctwo."
The former Inbetweeners actress has been known to publicly hit back at trolls who have commented on her body on Instagram. Last year as she marked her 32nd birthday, the comedian clapped back at a follower who made a crude remark about her body.
Emily shared a photograph on Instagram of herself smiling as she toasted her birthday surrounded by gifts. But as the messages from fans poured in, a troll saw fit to make a vile comment about her birthday post.
They replied to the comment underneath and wrote: "Not in the least bit funny but got nice t*ts." In response the star added sarcastically: "Phew! Every cloud. Cheers for that Ron Merry Christmas to you!"
She has also been known to hit back after a nasty troll called her 'fat' and 'disgusting.' "Why lie to your fans making out you eat pizza or a flan when you don't about two years ago you were fat and now your on TV your hot disgusting," they wrote. And Emily replied: "I prefer a flan."
