Emilia Clarke fans have flooded her with compliments after the Game of Thrones actress was cruelly targeted by trolls.
The 36-year-old was called "beautiful" and "amazing" after some nasty commenters criticised her radiant looks in an Instagram upload of the star.
Me Before You star Emilia posted a grinning photo of herself grinning as she proudly showed off the the mug her mum had gifted her.
In the photo the actress had barely any makeup on, apart from some mascara on her lashes, as she let her natural beauty shine through as she beamed in the image while holding up a mug which had the words: "You're doing f***ing great" printed in red font on it.
As she shared the selfie with her 27.3 million followers, Emilia wrote in the caption: "Mum got me a mug. I felt it was important to share this new found wisdom. Use it and reap the rewards".
Many fans rushed to compliment her stunning looks in the comments as one said: "This is by far the most beautiful woman in Hollwood".
While another said: "God, she’s perfect."
"literally an angel on earth," another remarked.
However, a minority of trolls took the opportunity to target Emilia as one wrote: "Mother of dragons what happened to you".
Another added: "What's happening with those hairs, they're worse than mine right now".
"Big forehead and looks 50 years old now," a third cruelly wrote.
But, Emilia's loyal fans were quick to slam the trolls and continue to pile on the love towards the Daenerys Targaryen star.
"YOU LOOK AMAZING, I AM SO HAPPY THAT YOU ARE NOT DENYING YOUR AGE AND LOOKING LIKE EVERY SINGLE ACTRESS NOW IN DAYS..," [sic] one penned.
Another added: "Beautiful - actual smile lines in an IG pic".
A third defiantly hit back with: "She aged like fine f***ing wine, that's what happened."
Emilia, who played Louisa Clark in Me Before You, previously shared her views on ageing and revealed she was was to get fillers at the age of 28.
She revealed in a 2021 interview with Elle: "You've got this idea of ageing, and then you've got the idea of what aging makes you look like.
"At 34, I am wiser, more intelligent, I've had more experiences, I've done all this stuff, and I'm proud of that. You can only do that because you are the age you are. Time is the only thing allows you to do those things.
"So, if my face is gonna reflect the time that I've spent on this earth, I'm down for that."
Later that year, Emilia slammed the beauty standards of today as she told People: "If someone would tell me that they think that I needed something in order to be acceptable to the ridiculous beauty standards that society has set, I'm going to tell them to let themselves out.
"I'm not confident in how I look, but I am competent in telling someone who has an opinion on how I look that I'm not interested in hearing it."
