Tottenham have already signed three players this summer, and more are expected to be welcomed in N17. However, there will also be a number of outgoings, which will help solidify Antonio Conte's squad and raise some extra funds for Spurs to spend on new arrivals.
The Lilywhites received a £150million investment from ENIC last month, which will help in Fabio Paratici's search for new players. football.london understands the bulk of the money is set to be used on transfers and Tottenham have now draw down £100million of the cash injection. Money will also be raised from departing players, which will also add to this budget.
Some may want to move on from Tottenham in order to get more regular game time, especially with the World Cup approaching. However, some may be sent on their way as Conte doesn't see them fitting in his plans for next season.

One player whose future is still uncertain is Emerson Royal. The Brazilian made the move to the capital last summer and was bought as a right-back for Nuno Espirito Santo.
Royal was one of a number of players who had to adapt to a new position once the Italian took charge in N17. This saw the 23-year-old produce a number of mixed performances, and he found himself in and out of the starting XI, although his place was solidified after Matt Doherty's injury ended his season prematurely.
Royal made 31 Premier League appearances in the 2021/22 campaign, scoring once, registering an assist and starting in 26 of those features. However, after some of his poorer performances, the defenders future at Tottenham was questioned.
The Brazilian not only moved to a new country last summer, meaning learning a new language and settling into a new team, he then had to quickly adapt to the new role he had under Conte. As a wing-back in the 52-year-old's system, Royal's impact down the right flank is vital, but he didn't quite make the required impact.
However, the defender did improve as the season went on and clearly was taking on the Italian's advice, which did earn him praise. "His performance was really top tonight. He played very well," Conte said after Spurs' 3-1 FA Cup victory over Brighton in February.
"Don't forget Emerson is only 23 years old. To come over here and play in another league is not simple. But he is a good player and knows there's a lot of space for improvement."
This clearly highlights that the defender does put in the work behind closed doors, and maybe he just needs some more time to adapt. football.london reported on Friday that Tottenham would listen to offers for Royal, although it isn't believed that he wants to leave.
Meanwhile, the defender has opened up on what it has been like training under Conte, who is known for his tough and regimented managerial methods. "There are some physical training, sometimes we do a strong training, it ends, and I finish the training dead," Royal admitted in an interview with ESPN Brasil.
"I arrive at training the next day, and he's [Conte] like, 'Emerson, I didn't like your training yesterday.' It's not possible, then I start to get mad already. 'How did you not like my training yesterday? I gave life, finished training dead'.
"But then I'll check the GPS, I'm fine, better than many, among the best. Then I'll say, 'look at my GPS'. 'No, but you can do a lot more," the 23-year-old added.
"Then I finish training frustrated. He says, 'you see, that's how you have to train'. We do the physicals, and he just keeps shouting my name. But that's good. It shows that he wants to help me." Royal's comments reiterate Conte's tough sessions and how the Italian always strives to improve his players.
If the Brazilian remains in N17, he will have a big season ahead and will need to fight to get game time. If his time at Tottenham ends, he will likely want to move on to a club where he is guaranteed regular game time.
