Residents of a rural community threatened by a bushfire have been urged to remain vigilant despite the immediate danger passing, as conditions may change.
An emergency warning was issued early on Wednesday afternoon with the fire burning in extreme weather conditions at Blackmore, about 80km from central Darwin.
