Emergency services called to Kilmarnock street

Emergency services have been called to a Kilmarnock home this afternoon.

Police, an ambulance crew and firefighters were all dispatched to Fullarton Street shortly after 12 noon.

Officials have not disclosed the nature of the incident at this stage.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police have been called to a property in Fullarton Street around 12.05pm and officers are at the scene."

A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson added: “We were called to assist emergency service partners around 12pm on Friday, November 18 to an incident on Fullarton Street, Kilmarnock.

“Operations Control mobilised one appliance and crews left the scene shortly after 12.30pm.”

The Scottish Ambulance Service have also been contacted for comment.
