Captain Heather Knight believes having a "point to prove" can help England return to their best and avoid becoming the first team in women's Ashes history to be whitewashed.

Down 12-0 after being swept by Australia in the ODIs and T20s, England can save some pride by winning the historic day-night Test at the MCG, starting on Thursday, to end the points-based multi-format series.
